What I like about this watch is how simple and sleek it is. It is something you can easily wear everyday and even at night (which is great since it also tracks and monitors your sleep). For someone looking to focus solely on health, this is the watch for you. Yes, it does include text messaging and Bluetooth, but the sole purpose of this watch is to focus on your health.
