How I Whiten My Teeth
I’m just a sensitive person…
If you know me, you know this to be a fact. I literally cry at just the thought of a dog needing a home, or the last episode of Friends (which is why I always restart the series halfway through season 10)… But personality aside, the other part of me that is SUPER sensitive are my teeth!
My teeth are actually so sensitive, that when I get them cleaned at the dentist I need topical numbing gel just to get through a routine cleaning. I have tried whitening my teeth before, both at home and professionally (at the dentist office), but could not even manage the first round without feeling like someone was drilling straight through my tooth. Therefore, I have stuck primarily to Sensodyne whitening toothpaste and just called it a wrap.
ENTER GLO LIT
I had seen tons of people using GLO Lit Teeth Whitening Tech Kit, and had always wondered if this would be a good option for me (since so many people emphasized they had no issues with sensitivity). So, when I got the opportunity to try it out for myself I was a little still a little apprehensive, but really excited.
AN HONEST REVIEW
The first thing I want to say about the GLO Lit is how much I love the packaging. Everything comes in a compact colorful square box, which I where I have continued to keep/store everything.

The manual is very straightforward and user friendly with lots of helpful graphics and “GLO Tips”. It walks you through all the items in the box, their purpose, and how to use them. Additionally, GLO Lit has an app you can download that includes video tutorials, reminders to whiten, a timer for your whitening sessions, and allows you to track your progress by taking photos before each whitening session.
I have completed 2 whitening sessions, and so far I have had very little - to NO sensitivity, which is amazing! I have even been able to start to see a slight change in the whiteness of my teeth (after only 2 sessions)!
This is honestly the best experience I have had whitening my teeth, and I love that it doesn’t require the use of strips, or have gel that gets everywhere. It really is like professionally whitening your teeth at home!
